Because of your hard work and determination, Paul Pratt has been arrested for the murders of Norah Night, Annie Allen, Dakota Dawn, and Doug Davis. He was also charged with arson in the following cases: The Monkey Bar, Riverside Jewelry, Izzy’s Inn, Eve’s Escape Room, and the vehicle of Doug Davis.
Your investigation also unfolded many crimes committed by Wally Wallenfang. He may not have been responsible for the fires that were set in 2019, however, he has engaged in many criminal activities. LPD is unable to charge him with insurance fraud, sexual harassment, and rape due to Florida’s statute of limitations. However, LPD has issued an arrest warrant for Wally Wallenfang for the murder of Steve Smith. With Steve’s Diary pages we feel strongly he will go away for a long time.
